维持性血液透析患者体力活动和生活质量的相关性研究

摘要

目的:探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者体力活动和生活质量的相关性.方法:使用人类活动概况量表和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表,对西安市4家医院血液透析患者共101例进行调查研究.结果:MHD患者生活质量总分和生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域、精神支柱领域得分均低于正常人群；生活质量总分和体力活动得分之间有明显的相关性.结论:MHD患者体力活动和生活质量存在显著相关性,因此,医护人员应加强对患者体力活动和生活质量的评估,指导患者进行适当的体力活动,从而全面提高患者的生活质量.%Objective;To investigate the correlation on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients with physical activity and quality of life. Methods:101 cases of hemodialysis patients in four hospitals of Xi'an city were investigated with profile scale of human activities and the World Health Organization quality of life scale. Results:The patients with MHD total score of life quality and physiological,psychological field, field independence field, social relations,the spiritual pillar of domain scores were lower than the normal population;total score of life quality and physical activity score there was significant correlation between. Conclusion;The patients with MHD physical activity and quality of life correlated significantly, therefore, nurses should strengthen the patients physical activity and quality of life assessment,guide the patients to perform the appropriate physical activity, improve the quality of life for patients.
