目的:探讨循证护理在预防肝移植术后早期肺部感染中的应用效果.方法:通过对78例肝移植术后患者早期肺部感染的临床评估,提出临床问题并检索查询综合评价实证,根据患者病情制定相应的肺部感染预防及治疗措施,将其设定为观察组；并选取80例肝移植术后患者为对照组,采用常规护理.比较两组患者肺部感染发生情况及死亡情况.结果:通过循证护理干预,观察组肝移植术后早期发生肺部感染及死亡情况与对照组相比明显降低,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:采用循证护理的方法可有效预防肝移植术后早期肺部感染的发生率.%Objective:To explore the application efficacy of the evidence -based nursing in the prevention of early pulmonary infection after liver transplan-tation. Methods;Through on 78 cases of early pulmonary infection after liver transplantation in patients with clinical assessment,clinical problems were pres-ented and retrieval comprehensive evaluation,according to the condition of patients with pulmonary infection and formulate corresponding measures of pre-vention and treatment, set it as the observation group;and the selection of 80 patients after liver transplantation patients as control group, used routine nursing , compared two groups of patients with pulmonary infection and death. Results:After the evidence - based nursing intervention, the observation group with early pulmonary infection after liver transplantation and death compared with the control group obviously decreased, with statistical significance ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclution:Evidence -based nursing was an effective way to prevent the early pulmonary infection after liver transplantation.
