护士“三定”管理培养新模式的实践研究

     

摘要

目的:分析医院现有的管理模式和护士培养现状,探索护士管理培养的新模式,最大限度地发挥护士的积极性和创造性,激励其实现自我价值.方法:在临床中,建立以“三定”管理(定员管理、定向培养、定能分级)为核心的护士管理培养新模式,优化护理人力资源管理,构筑护理人才规范化培养、使用、考核、分配的途径,促进护理队伍健康发展,确保护理质量稳步提升.结果:通过“三定”管理的实施,明确了护士调配的权限与范围,明确了护士专业与发展方向,构筑了护理绩效评价体系.结论:“三定”管理培养新模式的实施取得了良好的效果,明确了护士的职业目标,提高了管理效能,推进了护理专科化建设,提高了患者满意度.%Objective:To analyze hospital's current management model and the situation of nurse training,to explore a new model of nurse training,to maximize nurses' enthusiasm and creativity and encourage them to achieve self-worth. Methods: In clinical practice, the new model of "three management" (setting personnel management, setting directional training, setting ability classification) was established as the core of nurse management and training. To optimize the management of human resources of nursing and build a way of standard cultivation, use, evaluation, distribution of nursing talents, which promote the healthy development of the nursing team and ensure the steady improvement of quality of nursing. Results: Through the implementation of " three management" ,the authority and scope of nurses' allocation, the nursing profession and the direction of development were clear. The nursing performance evaluation system was bulit. Conclusion:The implementation of the new model of " three management" has achieved good effects. The career goal of nurse was clear,the management efficiency was improved and nursing speciality construction has been advanced, which improve patients' satisfaction.
