武警部队卫生专业士官晋级培训需求调查与对策研究

摘要

目的:了解武警部队卫生专业士官晋级培训需求并提出培训对策.方法:调查来自武警部队不同工作岗位的119名卫生专业士官,采用问卷调查的方式对培训需求的24个项目进行调查.结果:卫生专业士官对培训的总体需求较高,特别是在现场急救中的自救互救知识、训练伤防护知识、理疗技术、心理健康等方面知识需求程度更高,不同承担任务的卫生专业士官,知识需求有差异.结论:针对卫生专业士官的培训需求,应结合各岗位的实际情况,科学地设置训练内容,并选择恰当的培训方式,注重引导,培养适合新军事变革需求的新型卫生人才.%Objective:To understand the medical sergeants upgrade training needs and propoas training solutions. Methods;We investigate 119 medical sergeants that come from different vocations. We used questionnaire survey on training needs of 24 projects. Results: The medical sergeants have higher demands , especially in the fields of first aid knowledge, injury prevention knowledge, physiotherapy technology, and psychological health knowledge, different professional non - commissioned officers have different needs. Conclusion: According to the needs of training,we should combine with the actual situations, set scientific training,selecte appropriate training methods and focuse on guidance,can be train talents for new military revolution.
