目的:探讨在内镜下行消化道黏膜下层剥离术中的护理配合措施.方法:对31例内镜下行消化道黏膜下层剥离术的护理配合进行总结分析.结果:在护理配合下,本组31例手术病灶均切除,28例为完整切除,3例因出血或病灶位置关系影响视野,最后进行分块圈套切除,全部顺利完成.术后1,2,6,12个月复查,局部切口完全愈合,无残留病灶,无复发迹象.结论:术前认真准备使医疗器械、设备处于完好应急状态,术中娴熟的操作技能与术者默契的护理配合,能够保证手术顺利进行,缩短手术时间,保证患者的安全.%Objective: To explore nursing with the endoscopic gastrointestinal submucosa dissection. Methods: The care with the 31 cases of endoscopic gastrointestinal submucosa dissection were analyzed. Results: in the nursing cooperation, this group of 31 cases of surgical resection of the lesions are all, 28 cases of complete resection, 3 cases of bleeding or lesions position relationship vision, the last block trap excising all successfully completed, after 1,2,6, 12 months, the local wound healed completely, no residual lesions, there is no evidence of recurrence. Conclusion:Preoperative preparation, make the medical equipment, equipment to be in perfect condition and emergency intraoperative proficient skills, and performer of tacit understanding with nursing, to ensure smooth operation, shorten the timing of the operation, ensure the safety of patients.
