目的:探讨护理干预在放射性核素肾动态显像检查患者中的应用效果.方法:对我院398例行放射性核素肾动态显像患者的显像结果进行判读,将显像质量分为显像成功、显像质量欠佳及显像失败三类,统计显像成功率、显像欠佳率及显像失败率,分析显像质量与各种护理因素的关系.结果:显像成功371例(93.22％)；显像欠佳15例(3.77％),其中因弹丸注射欠佳7例,显像剂少量漏出5例,患者精神过度紧张3例；显像失败12例(3.02％),其中因患者位置移动3例,注射部位显像剂较多量露出9例.结论:护理工作关系到放射性核素肾动态显像的质量,加强在显像前、中、后的护理工作有利于提高显像质量.%Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on radionuclides renal dynamic imaging patients. Methods: In our hospital 398 patients who received radionuclides renal dynamic imaging were interpreted. Quality of imaging were divided into;successful image,failed image and ambiguous image. To analyze influence of nursing factors to quality of imaging and summarize the nursing experience in the imaging. Results:The success rate was 93.22% (371/398).The ambiguous image rate was 3.77% (15/398) ,seven patients' bolus injection were not good enough,small amounts imaging agent leaked from the injection site in five patients,three patients were too nervous. The failure tate was 3.02%( 12/398),three patients moved in imaging,a great deal of imaging agent leaked from the injection site in nine patients. Conclusion: The nursing job concerns quality of radionuclides renal dynamic imaging , to enhance the nursing job is advantageous to increase quality of imaging.
