Objective; Discuss the feasibility central venous pressure on location of PICC catheter tip. Methods:Selected 120 patients with catheterization randomly divided into observation group and control group each group have 60 patients, observer group patients after catheterization to CVP measurements, Judge PICC cutting - edge location is in the superior vena cava, And with a combination of radiation - exposed photo. Direct line radiation control group patients photos. Results: Observer group in 60 patients with catheterization in 59 cases by CVP value the ability to accurately determine if catheter - tip ectop-ic,preliminary judging catheter tip is positioned properly rate 98.33%. Ectopic catheter and adjustment time and reduce the cost of patients is significantly better than control groups. Conclusion; By measuring CVP value in diagnosis of PICC catheter tip location has important significance.%目的:探讨中心静脉压测量对PICC导管尖端定位的可行性.方法:将120例入选置管病人随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组病人置管后先行CVP测量,判断PICC尖端位置是否在上腔静脉,并与放射照片相结合;对照组病人直接行放射照片.结果:观察组60例置管病人中有59例通过CVP值能够准确判断导管尖端是否异位,初步判断导管尖端位置正确率达98.33％,并且在调整异位导管时间和降低病人费用方面都明显优于对照组.结论:通过测量CVP值对判断PICC导管尖端位置有重要参考意义.
