个体化护理对2型糖尿病肾病患者的影响

Objective: To investigate the effect of individualized nursing intervention to patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty - eight in -patients were randomly divided into control group and individualized group, 34 patients in each group. Routine nursing care was carried out in both groups, while individualized nursing intervention was also adopted in individualized group. The adherence and curative effect were compared. Results; Three months after intervention, scores of compliance in individualized group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, curative effect (FBG, GHbAlC, CR, BUN, TP, ALB) was better than before in individualized group(P<0.05) , as well as better than control group with different intervention(P<0.05). Conclusions: Individualized nursing intervention might increase the score of compliance and curative effect of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.%目的:探讨个体化护理对2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响.方法:将68例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为个体化组和对照组各34例,对照组施行常规护理,个体化组施行常规加个体化护理,比较两组患者的依从性及其生化指标FBG,HbAlC,Cr,BUN,TP,ALB的差异.结果:干预后3个月,个体化组依从性明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);个体化组干预后的生化指标控制均好于干预前(P＜0.05),均较对照组干预后同期指标控制好(除TP外)(P＜0.05).结论:个体化护理能提高2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗依从性,提高疗效.
