化疗病人导管相关性血行感染暴发调查分析及对策

摘要

Objective: To explore outbreak situation and risk factors of catheterization correlated blood infection in tumor chemotherapy patients, and to provide the basis of taking effective control measures. Methods: Epidemiological investigation of 6 cases on catheterization correlated blood infection in cancer ward was developed on August 5, 2008. Results; The infection in line with local outbreaks, and venous catheters related infection rates. Keep catheter for a long time, the operation is not standardized, primary disease is the main reason leading to the infection. Conclusion: Professional training for infusion, Strictly implement aseptic technique operation, adopt intervening measures to prevent epidemic outbreak of hospital infection.%目的:对化疗病人导管相关性血行感染暴发原因和危险因素进行调查分析,采取有效的措施,降低导管相关性血行感染发生率.方法:对2008年8月5日发生在肿瘤病房的6例导管相关性血行感染病例进行调查分析.结果:本次感染符合局部暴发流行,静脉导管留置时间与感染率相关,导管留置时间长、护士无菌观念差、操作不规范、原发疾病重是导致此次感染的主要原因.结论:对护士进行输液专业化培训,严格实施无菌技术操作,对高危人群采取早期干预措施,可控制导管相关性血行感染的发生.
