藻酸钙敷料在肛瘘术后的应用效果观察

摘要

Objective: To study the clinical curative effects of Calcium alginate dressing in anal fistula surgery. Methods: 60 cases with anal fistula, were randomly divided into the experimental group( calcium alginate dressing) and the control group( traditional dressing). Results: The effects of calcium alginate dressing is obviously superior to the method of traditional dressing in alleviating pain, reducing wound secretion, promoting the wound . Conclusion: Calcium alginate dressing, as a new kind of medicines and the clinical curative effects is good,it is worth to applicate in clinic.%目的:探讨藻酸钙敷料用于肛瘘术后的临床疗效.方法:将60例肛瘘术后病人随机分为治疗组(藻酸钙敷料换药)和对照组(传统换药).结果:藻酸钙敷料在减轻病人疼痛,减少切口分泌物,促进切口愈合等方面均明显优于传统换药方法.结论:藻酸钙敷料作为一种新型换药材料,临床疗效肯定,具有一定的应用价值.
