目的:了解学龄期住院患儿的压力源,探讨提高护理质量的韧性干预措施.方法:2009年1月~2010年12月,我院学龄期住院患儿510例,通过访谈记录和发放自编量表2种方式调查,随机分为干预组和对照组各255例,对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组在常规护理的前提下采用韧性干预.结果:调查结果显示,担心医院环境陌生、担心学习成绩下降、担心疾病预后,害怕被告知异常、害怕离开家人朋友、焦虑和不安全感为主要压力源,经韧性干预后患儿以上情况显著改善(P<0.05).结论:学龄期住院患儿存在诸多压力源,采用韧性干预,可增强其对压力的良好适应能力,促进疾病早日恢复.%Objective:This paper mainly deals with learning about the sources of pressure of preschool children in hospital, and explores the tenacity intervention measures that improve the nursing quality. Methods: Select 510 cases of preschool children in our hospital during January 2009 to December 2010, and investigate them by interviews and self - made gauges. And then,divided them into two groups at random, the intervention group were made tenacity interventions with the prerequisite of normal nursing,and the control group were made ordinary hea1th education interventions with the prerequisite of normal nursing. Results:The main sources of pressure would be worries about the environment of hospital, the achievements of studies, the bad results of diseases,departure from family and friends,feelings of anxiety and unsafety. After the tenacity interventions, the incidence of pressure reduced noticeably( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions : There are many sources of pressures of preschool children in hospital, and if the tenacity interventions are adopted, the ability of resisting pressures would be strengthened; consequently, children would recover soon.
