心理干预结合音乐治疗在纤维支气镜检查患者中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the application and effect of the psychological intervention in the treatment of fiberoptic bromchoscopy examination in patients with the combination of music.Methods:The training of nurses,did a good job with the preoperative interview,checkd in and checked after 30 minutes,while relaxed music while communicating with nurses and patients.Results:Psychological intervention combined with psychological responses to music decreased significantly after treatment,comfort increased significantly,the satisfaction of the patients increased significantly (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The psychological intervention combined with music therapy can alleviate the anxiety of patients undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy and the emergency response,strengthen the inspection of comfort,improve compliance,rich high quality nursing service connotation,realize the individualized nursing and increase patient's satisfaction.%目的:探讨心理干预结合音乐治疗在纤维支气镜患者检查中的应用效果.方法:对护士进行培训,做好患者的术前访视,在检查中和检查后30 min内,一边播放放松性音乐一边与患者沟通.结果:实施心理干预结合音乐治疗后患者心理不良反应明显降低,舒适感明显增加,病人满意度显著提高(P＜0.05).结论:心理干预结合音乐治疗可以明显缓解纤维支气管镜检查患者紧张心理及机体应急反应,增强了检查的舒适感,降低插管难度,减轻患者痛苦,提高检查依从性,提高了患者满意度.
