目的:探讨体位干预对胸外科电视胸腔镜术后病人疼痛的影响.方法:将148例病人随机分为对照组75例和观察组73例,对照组执行常规体位护理,观察组执行专科体位干预护理,比较两组病人术后当天和第2d疼痛程度.结果:两组病人术后当天疼痛程度比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而术后第2d疼痛程度比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:体位干预能促进病人早日离床活动,减轻术后疼痛程度,提高病人术后舒适度,有助于促进其术后康复.%Objective:To investigate the effect of body position intervention on department of thoracic surgery after VATS patients pain.Methods:148 patients were randomly divided into control group with 75 cases and observation group with 73 cases,control group performed the routine nursing,observation group performed special body position intervention nursing,the pain degree of patients in the two groups were compared on the first day of operation and second day postoperative.Results:The two groups of patients with postoperative day pain compared,there were no significant differences (P ＞0.05),and second day after operation pain were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Posture intervention can promote the patient's early ambulation,lessen the degree of postoperative pain,improve patient comfort after operation,it is helpful to promote the postoperative rehabilitation.
