目的：探讨舒适护理在手术患者中的应用效果。方法：将100例手术患者随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组将舒适护理溶入于常规护理中，比较两组患者的术前应激水平，术后疼痛及满意度情况。结果：观察组的焦虑评分、心率、收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)，术后疼痛评分均低于对照组，满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：舒适护理以满足患者的生理、心理舒适度为目的，有利于减少术前应激，降低术后疼痛，提高围手术期舒适度。%Objective:To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in surgical operation patients. Methods:100 surgical operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was received routine nursing care,the observation group was given com-fortable care into to the routine nursing care,and two groups were compared with preoperative and postoperative pain stress. Results:The scores of anxiety, heart rate,blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Pain scores after the operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Comfortable care is beneficial to meet the physiological,psychological comfort for patients to reduce the preoperative stress,postoperative pain and improve the peri operation period of comfort.
