以问题为导向的教学法在大专内科护理学教学中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨以问题为导向的教学法( PBL)在大专内科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法:将我校2011级大专护理8、9、10班181名学生随机分为试验组91名和对照组90名,试验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统讲授教学法,并对教学效果进行对比。结果:试验组在理论考试以及护理病历书写方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查中部分项目,如激发学习兴趣、提高临床护理问题的处理、提高语言表达能力等试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),但在提高护理临床操作等项目上两者无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在大专内科护理学教学中值得推广,但应加强其对操作技能的培养以及完善教学效果的评估。%Objective:To explore the effects of PBL method in medical nursing. Methods:181 students were randomly divided into control group and experi-mental group,the experimental group received PBL method,while the control group used LBL method. The teaching effect by the theory test scores and ques-tionnaire was evaluated. Results:In the theory test and the nursing record writing,the experimental group significantly better than the control group. Part i-tems such as stimulate interest in learning,improve the clinical nursing problems,improve the ability of language expression,the experimental group better than the control group (P<0. 05),but no significant difference was found in clinical nursing skills projects (P>0. 05). Conclusion:PBL method in medi-cal nursing course is worth popularizing.
