目的：探讨米非司酮联合利凡诺用于剖宫产瘢痕子宫孕中期引产的临床疗效。方法：选择2012年1月~2014年6月我院收治的剖宫产瘢痕子宫孕中期患者60例随机等分为两组，观察组给予米非司酮联合利凡诺引产，对照组给予米非司酮联合米索前列醇引产，观察两组患者引产成功情况、宫缩发动时间、总产程及出血量。结果：观察组引产成功率高于对照组，但两组经比较无统计学意义（P ﹥0．05）。观察组宫缩发动时间、总产程、24 h 阴道出血量均少于照组，两组比较有统计学意义（P ﹤0．05）。结论：米非司酮联合利凡诺用于剖宫产瘢痕子宫孕中期引产安全有效。%Objective:To investigate the effect of mifepristone and rivanol midtrimester induction of labor in scar uterus. Methods:60 patients who were hospital-ized from January 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was given mifepristone and rivanol in induced labor. The con-trol group was given misoprostol and mifepristone during induced labor. Successful induction,the contractions launch time,the total production process and the amount of bleeding were observed. Results:The induction success rate was higher,but there was no statistical significance after(P ﹥0. 05). Observation group contractions launch time,total labor,24 h vaginal bleeding volume were all less than the control group,the two groups was statistically significant(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Combined application of mifepristone and rivanol uterine scar visible in midtrimester induction of labor with good clinical effect.
