Objective:To explore the psychological induction joint behavior induction application in the children′s oral surgery nursing. Methods:It chose 245 cases of children as the research objects from December 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital dental surgery for treatment. According to different age group is divided into preschool children(3 - 6 years old)in 82 cases,108 school - aged(7 - 10 years old),juvenile period(11 - 14)55 cases,gave correspond-ing behavior induced joint psychological intervention. By comparing the cooperation degree of the treatment of children before and after intervention. Results:After nursing intervention,all ages of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ type the number of children with a change in the past care,it has statistically significant difference (P ﹤ 0. 05). After nursing intervention,the patient′s cooperation degree was significantly higher than before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:According to the age difference,psychological induced joint behavior induction of oral surgery nursing intervention,can alleviate children fear,improve the diagnosis and treatment of children cooperation degree,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的:探讨心理诱导联合行为诱导法在儿童口腔外科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年12月~2014年6月在我院口腔外科接受治疗的245例患儿作为研究对象,按照患儿不同年龄段分为学龄前期(3~6岁)82例,学龄期(7~10岁)108例,少年期(11~14岁)55例,给予相应的心理诱导联合行为诱导法干预。比较干预前后患儿配合治疗的合作度。结果:护理干预后,各年龄段的Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型患儿合作人数均高于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05)。护理干预后,患儿的合作度明显高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P ﹤0.01)。结论:根据年龄段差异性,采用心理诱导联合行为诱导法对口腔外科患儿进行护理干预,能缓解患儿恐惧心理,提高患儿诊疗时的合作度,值得临床推广应用。
