细节护理对提高晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with advanced lung cancer .Methods:100 patients with advanced lung cancer were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, the control group used conventional methods of care,observation group with details the methods of nursing intervention nursing.To compare and analyze the nursing intervention on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of two groups .Results:The nursing satisfaction rate and of observation group was signifi-cantly higher than the control group(P <0.05);patients in the observation group after the nursing intervention,physical,cognitive,emotional,and social function 5 scale scores were significantly higher than the control group,nausea and vomiting,fatigue,economic difficulties,diarrhea,insomnia,anorexia,con-stipation and breathing difficulties and other symptoms of single scale scores were significantly lower than the control group ,with significant differences be-tween the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detail nursing intervention model can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with advanced lung cancer,and can improve the quality of life of patients.This method is worthy of clinical application and promotion.%目的：探讨细节护理对提高晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的100例晚期肺癌患者，采用随机方法等分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规方法进行护理，观察组在采用常规护理的基础上实施细节护理，对比分析两组患者生活质量、护理满意度。结果：观察组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组（P＜0．05）。观察组患者护理干预后角色、躯体、认知和社会4个功能量表评分及总体健康状况量表评分均明显高于对照组（P＜0．05），而恶心呕吐、疲倦、腹泻、失眠、纳差和便秘等症状单项测量量表评分均明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：采用细节护理干预模式可以有效提高晚期肺癌患者的护理满意度，并且有利于提高患者的生活质量，此法值得在临床中应用和推广。
