目的：：探讨五行音乐辅助干预对晚期先兆流产患者孕周延长时间及孕产妇情绪和生存质量的影响。方法：选取2014年6月~2015年6月在我院住院的晚期先兆流产患者240例,随机等分为研究组和对照组。对照组行常规治疗和护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上采用五行音乐的宫调和羽调干预2周。比较两组患者保胎成功率、宫缩消失时间,干预前、干预1周和干预2周的焦虑自评量表( SAS )、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分以及健康调查简表(SF-36)得分。结果：研究组保胎成功率提高、宫缩消失时间缩短,干预1周和干预2周的SAS,SDS得分降低,同期SF-36得分提高、孕周延长时间增加(P<0.05)。结论：五行音乐辅助干预晚期先兆流产可有效延长孕周,改善孕产妇心理和生存质量,缩短宫缩消失时间,提高保胎成功率,其可行性和安全性均良好,值得在临床推广和应用。%Objective:To explore the influence of five elements music assisted intervention on extended duration of pregnancy, maternal emotions and quality of life during the late phase of advanced threatened abortion. Methods: Selected 240 patients with advanced threatened abortion from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided them into study group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy and nursing in-tervention. The study group was treated with Gong tune and Yu tune from five elements music in ancient China for about two weeks on the basis of conven-tional therapy. The success rate of miscarriage, the disappearance time of uterine contraction, the self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) ,self-rating depression scale ( SDS) and health survey ( SF) before the intervention, as well as one week and two weeks after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of miscarriage in the study group increased and the disappearance time of uterine contraction shortened. Meanwhile, the scores of SAS and SDS within one and two weeks of intervention in the study group decreased, while the scores of SF-36 increased and the extended time of pregnancy prolonged (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Five elements music assisted intervention in advanced threatened abortion can effectively extend the time of pregnancy, improve maternal psychological and quality of life, shorten the time of uterine contraction and improve the success rate of miscarriage. There-fore its feasibility and safety are good, which makes it worthy of clinical application and promotion.
