目的：探讨手臂部烧伤整形植皮患者术后并发症的发生情况及护理对策。方法：选取手臂部烧伤患者58例，随机等分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者采取常规护理；观察组在对照组基础上给予综合康复训练。观察两组患者并发症发生情况，对两组患者手臂功能进行评价。结果：经过治疗，并发症发生率观察组明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。经过干预，观察组患者术后5个月手臂功能评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：对手臂部烧伤整形植皮患者术后实施综合康复护理，可以减少并发症发生，并提高患者手臂部功能恢复，是一种科学有效的护理方式。%Objective:To investigate the postoperative complications and nursing strategies for the patients with skin - grafting on the arm after burn injury. Methods:A total of 58 patients with burn injury on the arms were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of the routine nurs-ing. The complications of the two groups were observed and the arm function of the two groups was evaluated. Results:After treatment,the incidence of compli-cations in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0. 05). After intervention,the score of arm function in the observation group was better than that of control group after 5 months of operation. The difference was statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusion:It is a scientific and effective nursing way to carry out comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with skin - grafting on arm after burn injury. It can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the functional recovery of patients’arms.
