综合康复护理在鼻咽癌放疗患者中的应用

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions on difficulty of mouth opening and mental status of asopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods A total of 46 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both two groups received routing nursing care during radiotherapy, and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions. The interincisor distance, difficulty of mouth opening, comfortable level by SDD, self-rating depression scale(SDS)was observed. The treatment compliance and satisfaction degree to nursing service were evaluated at 6 months after treatment. Results Patients in the observation group had a shorter interincisor distance, lower score in mouth opening difficulty assessment, lower SDD and SDS score compared with those in the control group(P0.05). The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than those in the control group respectively, with significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is potentially effective to relieve mouth opening and mental status of asopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy.
