移动教育对永久性肠造口患者自护能力和生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of mobile education on self - care ability and quality of life of patients with permanent intestinal stoma. Methods:Selected 120 patients with permanent intestinal stoma in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 and randomly divided them into two groups, namely the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group was trained by mobile educa-tion. The intervention period accounted to three months. The self - care ability and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated by Exercise of Self - care Agency Scale(ESCA)and Questionnaire about the Quality of Life of Patients with permanent intestinal stoma(COH - QOLOQ)before and after the inter-vention. Results:The total score of self - responsibility,self - concept,self - knowledge,self - skill and self - care ability of the observation group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). The complication rate and unplanned re - hospitalization rate of the observation group were low-er than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). The latitude scores of physical health,social health,mental health and spiritual health of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Mobile education can improve the self - care ability and treatment compliance of patients with permanent intestinal stoma,reduce the incidence of complications and unplanned re - hospitalization rate as well as improve the quality of life and satisfaction rate of the patients.%目的：探讨移动教育对永久性肠造口患者自护能力和生活质量的影响。方法：选取2013年1月~2015年12月本院收治的永久性肠造口者患者120例，随机将患者等分为观察组及对照组，对照组给予常规护理；观察组应用移动教育实施护理，干预时间为3个月，分别于干预前后应用自我护理能力量表（ESCA）、造口患者生活质量问卷（COH - QOLOQ）对两组患者自护能力及生活质量进行评价。结果：观察组干预后自我责任、自我概念、自我知识、自我技能及自护能力总评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗依从率、满意率高于对照组（P ＜0.05），而并发症发生率、非计划再入院率低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。观察组干预后生理健康、社会健康、心理健康、精神健康等纬度评分明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：移动教育可提高永久性肠造口患者自我护理能力及治疗依从性，降低患者并发症发生率及非计划再入院率，提高患者生活质量及满意率。
