舌肌康复器在脑卒中患者中的应用

摘要

Objective:To explore the application effect of rehabilitation apparatus in stoke patients. Methods:Took 60 stroke patients with swallowing dys-function treated in our hospital from January 2011to January 2012 as control group,and gave them routine rehabilitation treatment. selected 60 patients with swallowing dysfunction treated in our hospital from September 2013 to March 2015 as observation group,and conducted intervention treatment on them with the tongue muscle rehabilitation apparatus. Observed clinical effect,satisfaction and complication of patients in the two groups. Results:The clinical effect of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P < 0. 05),patients’satisfaction on treatment and nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the complication incidence was lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Tongue muscle rehabilitation ap-paratus can propel the recovery of tongue muscle function and swallowing function of stroke patients,for which it is worth of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨舌肌康复器在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法：将2011年1月~2012年1月于我院治疗的脑卒中合并吞咽功能障碍的患者60例作为对照组，给予常规康复治疗；选取2013年9月~2015年3月于我院进行诊治的脑卒中合并吞咽功能障碍的患者60例作为观察组，行舌肌康复器干预治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、满意度及并发症。结果：观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（P ＜0.05），患者对治疗和护理的满意度高于对照组，且并发症发生率低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：舌肌康复器能促进脑卒中患者舌肌功能和吞咽功能的恢复，值得临床推广。
