护理信息化建设对优质护理服务的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨护理信息化建设对优质护理服务的影响,为临床进行护理管理提供参考依据。方法:选择2013年2月~2014年3月我院收治的80例患者作为研究对象,随机将患者等分成试验组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理管理;试验组在常规护理管理的基础上进行护理信息化建设,护理管理结束后对比分析两组患者的护理总满意率、护理质量评分、护理缺陷发生率、护理差错发生率及书写文书时间。结果:试验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组的护理质量评分明显高于对照组的护理质量评分;试验组的护理缺陷发生率、护理差错发生率及书写文书时间均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:护理信息化建设可以有效提高护理服务质量和水平,减少护理差错事件,促进护患关系的和谐发展,故护理信息化建设可在优质护理服务中大力推广和应用。%Objective:To explore the influence of nursing information construction on excellent care services,and provide reference for clinical nursing man-agement. Methods:Selected 80 patients admitted by our hospital from February 2013 to March 2014 as research objects,randomly divided them into experi-mental group and control group,gave routine nursing management to the control group and conducted nursing information construction on the experimental group on the basis of giving them routine nursing management. After the nursing management ended,compared and analyzed the total nursing satisfaction rate,nursing quality score,nursing defect incidence,nursing error incidence and writing time of nursing record of patients in the two groups. Results:The patient satisfaction of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05);the nursing quality score of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group;the nursing defect incidence,nursing error incidence and writing time of nursing record of the ex-perimental group were all significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Nursing information construction can effectively en-hance quality and level of care services,reduce nursing error events,propel development of the relationship between nurses and patients,for which nursing information construction can be heavily promoted and applied in excellent care services.
