综合护理干预在瘤内注射重组人5型腺病毒联合化疗治疗复发性宫颈癌患者中的应用

s Objective:To discuss application effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of intratumoral injection of recombinant type 5 hu-man adenovirus combined with chemotherapy for patients with recurrent cervical cancer .Methods:Selected 82 cases of patients with recurrent cervical canc-er cured in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015, and treated all of them with intratumoral injection of recombinant type 5 human adenovirus and chemotherapy, before randomly divided them into control group and observation group equally.Control group patients received usual nursing, while observa-tion group patients received comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to usual nursing .Both groups were compared for scores in life quality , satisfac-tion degrees, scores in pain degrees, and untoward effects rate.Results: Observation group had higher scores in life quality(P<0.05), lower scores in pain degrees and untoward effects rate after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing comprehensive nursing intervention for recurrent cervical cancer pa-tients undergoing intratumoral injection of recombinant human adenovirus type 5 and chemotherapy can help to improve patient life quality , alleviate pain degrees and reduce untoward effects, which is worthy of promotion.%目的：探讨综合护理干预在瘤内注射重组人5型腺病毒联合化疗治疗复发性宫颈癌患者的应用效果。方法：选取我院2013年4月～2015年4月收治的复发性宫颈癌患者82例，所有患者均给予瘤内注射重组人5型腺病毒联合化疗治疗，将患者随机等分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在上述基础上给予综合性护理措施。比较两组患者生活质量评分、满意度、疼痛评分、不良反应发生率。结果：护理后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0．05），疼痛评分、不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：对于复发性宫颈癌行瘤内注射重组人5型腺病毒联合化疗治疗的患者行综合性护理干预，有效改善患者生活质量及疼痛程度，降低不良反应，值得推广。
