理性情绪疗法对眩晕患者焦虑抑郁的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of rational emotive therapy on dizzy patients with anxiety and depression .Methods: Selected 84 cases of patients with anxiety and depression cured in neurology department from January 2014 to August 2015 and randomly divided them into control group and observation group equally.Control group received common therapy, nursing, health education and mental treatment;observation group received rational emotive therapy intervention.We observed their dizziness degree and work performance level before and after intervention, as well as the HAMD,HAMA score change after intervening two to four weeks.Results:Before and after intervention, the dizziness degree and work performance level as well as HAMD, HAMA score of observation group were obviously lower than those of control group and the comparisons had statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rational emotive therapy can obviously improve patients'mental state and relieve their body discomfort so the rational emotive therapy is worth promoting .%目的：探讨理性情绪疗法对眩晕患者焦虑抑郁的干预效果。方法：将2014年1月～2015年8月在神经内科以眩晕住院的84例合并焦虑抑郁的患者，随机等分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规治疗、护理、健康教育及心理护理支持，观察组给予理性情绪疗法干预，观察两组干预前及干预后的眩晕程度和工作能力等级以及干预2，4周末HAMD，HAMA评分变化。结果：干预前后两组在眩晕程度和工作能力等级评分以及HAMD，HAMA评分明显比对照组低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：理性情绪疗法能明显改善眩晕患者的心理状态，缓解患者的躯体不适，值得推广。
