Objective:To discuss application effects of full-stage health education mode on nursing management for diabetes patients .Methods: Selected 124 cases of diabetes patients cured in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2014 as study objects, and randomly divided them into observation group and control group equally.Full -stage health education mode was adopted for observation group , while traditional education mode was adopted for control group.Both groups were compared for mastery of relevant knowledge, blood glucose improvement, daily self -management and satisfaction degree with nursing.Results:All the patients were improved in terms of mastery of relevant knowledge , blood glucose improvement and self -management, but nursing effects for observation group were obviously better than those for control group,the differences had statistical significances(P<0.05).Observation group patients had higher satisfaction degrees,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Full-stage health education mode can signifi-cantly improve blood glucose control for patients and promote popularization of relevant knowledge , and help patients to foster a healthy lifestyle and improve their own life qualities.%目的:探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2013年2月~2014年5月收治的124例糖尿病患者为研究对象,并随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用全程健康教育模式,对照组施以传统教育模式。比较两组患者的相关知识掌握、血糖改善、日常自我管理以及对护理满意情况。结果:患者相关知识掌握、血糖改善、自我管理均有所改善,观察组较对照组护理效果明显好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程健康教育模式对糖尿病患者的血糖控制以及知识的普及有着显著的促进作用,使患者建立起一个健康的生活习惯行为,提高患者生活质量。
