微信多媒体平台在社区2型糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨微信多媒体平台在社区2型糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法：选择2015年1~3月在内分泌科经系统胰岛素强化治疗后出院的糖尿病患者120例，将其随机等分成试验组和对照组，对照组接受我院传统的健康教育方法；试验组在对照组基础上使用微信多媒体平台。结果：试验组患者干预后合理饮食，合理运动，血糖监测，预防及处理高，血糖，低血糖评分及总分优于对照组（P <0.05），HbAlc 低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：在随访中采用微信多媒体平台的方式与传统的健康教育方式相比更有利于提高2型糖尿病患者的自我管理能力，降低患者的 HbAlc 值。%Objective:To discuss application effect of WeChat multimedia platform in health education for type 2 diabetes patients. Methods:Selected 120 ca-ses of diabetes patients who had undergone systematic intensive insulin treatment in endocrinology department from January to March in 2015,and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group equally. Traditional health education method was adopted for control group;in addition to traditional health education,WeChat multimedia platform was adopted for experimental group. Results:The total scores of experimental group patients,together with their scores in reasonable diet,reasonable exercise,blood sugar monitoring,blood sugar prevention and management on hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia, were higher than those of control group patients(P < 0. 05),apart from lower HbAlc value than control group patients(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Compared with traditional health education mode,WeChat multimedia platform applied in follow - up visits is more effective in promoting self - management ability of type 2 diabetes patients and reducing their HbAlc values.
