自制透光气囊枕在新生儿黄疸进行双面蓝光照射治疗中的应用

摘要

目的：：探讨自制透光气囊枕在新生儿黄疸进行双面蓝光照射治疗中的应用效果。方法：将2011年5月~2015年3月在我院出生的新生黄疸患儿240例随机等分为试验组和对照组。患儿均持续双面蓝光照射治疗12 h,在治疗过程中,试验组应用自制透光气囊枕。治疗结束后,对治疗前后两组患儿的不良反应、胆红素指标进行比较。结果：治疗后试验组患儿胆红素水平、不良反应发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：自制透光气囊枕辅助双面蓝光照射法治疗新生儿黄疸疗效明显,可在临床上推广应用。%Objective:To explore the application effect of the self-made nonopaque airbag pillow in the two-side blue ray radiation therapy for neonatal jaun-dice. Methods:Selected 240 cases of newborns with neonatal jaundice born in our hospital from May 2011 to March 2013 and equally divided them into the ex-perimental group and the control group at random. All the newborns were given 12 hours of continuous two-side blue ray radiation therapy. During the therapy, the experimental group was applied with the self-made nonopaque airbag pillow while. After the therapy, compared the adverse reactions and bilirubin indica-tors between the two groups. Results:After the therapy, the bilirubin level and adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The difference had statistic significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The two-side blue ray radiation therapy with the auxiliary self-made nonopaque air-bag pillow has evident curative effect for neonatal jaundice, which is worthy of clinic popularization and application.
