新型造口换药包在造瘘患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨新型造口换药包在造瘘患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2014年9月~2015年1月我院外科病房直肠癌造瘘患者40例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,进行不同方式的换药,比较两组患者对护理的满意度和对新型换药造瘘包的认可程度.结果:观察组在服务态度、健康教育、操作技术等方面的满意度及对新型换药造瘘包的认可度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:相较于传统的造口换药方式,一次性新型造口护理换药包具有更多优点,且新的换药方式的改进,有利于提高患者满意度.%Objective:To discuss the application effect of new stoma dressing packets on colostomy patients. Methods:Selected 40 colostomy patients with rectal cancer in hospital from September 2014 to January 2015 and divided them into observation group and control at random. Took dressing change by dif-ferent ways and compared the satisfaction of nursing and recognition of new colostomy dressing packets of two group patients. Results:The satisfaction of serv-ice attitude,health education and operation technique of observation group as well as recognition of new colostomy dressing packets of observation group were higher than that of control group;the differences had statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Compared the traditional stoma dressing packets way, the disposable new stoma dressing packets had more advantages and the improvement of new dressing way could improve patients'satisfaction.
