放松疗法对经支气管镜局部注射辅助治疗耐多药肺结核的效果观察

摘要

目的：：观察放松疗法对经支气管镜局部注射辅助治疗耐多药肺结核的效果。方法：选取2013年7月~2014年4月于我院住院的88例耐多药肺结核患者作为试验对象，并随机等分为对照组和观察组，两组患者均在全身抗结核治疗的基础上联合经支气管镜局部注药，均给予常规护理干预，观察组在此基础上加用放松疗法。比较两组患者术后并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果：观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组，两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经支气管镜局部注射辅助治疗配合放松疗法的护理干预，能有效消除患者恐惧，缓解紧张心理，降低术后并发症，提高了患者的满意度。%Objective:To observe the effect of relaxation therapy on multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis in the treatment of local injection of bron-choscopy. Methods:From Jul. 2013 to Apr. 2014 there were 88 patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. They were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The two groups were both given local injection of bronchoscopy on the basis of whole-body pulmonary tuberculosis resistant treatment with conventional nursing intervention,at the same time the observation group received relaxing therapy. Then compared the two groups for the postoperative complications occurrence rate and patients′satisfaction. Results:The postoperative complications occurrence rate of the observation group was less than that of the control group,while the patients′ satisfaction was higher than that of the comparison group. The result was statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The bronchoscope local injection of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis combined with the nursing intervention of relaxa-tion therapy can effectively eliminate the fear of the patient, release mental tension,reduce the postoperative complications,and help to improve the patient′s satisfaction.
