家属同步培训对支气管哮喘患者生存质量的影响

摘要

目的:探讨家属同步培训对支气管哮喘患者生存质量的影响,为支气管哮喘患者的临床护理工作实际提供临床依据.方法 :选取2016年12月~2017年5月在我院住院部收治的支气管哮喘患者266例为研究对象,将其随机等分成研究组和对照组.全部患者均按照我院自制的"支气管哮喘常规护理方案及临床健康教育实施计划"进行常规基础护理工作,研究组患者在上述护理措施的基础上给予家属同步培训方式.对两组患者护理干预后的住院时间、住院费用、生存质量评分进行比较.结果 :研究组患者的住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者各项生存质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 :在针对支气管哮喘患者实施护理干预的过程中,采用家属同步培训方式能够显著提升患者的治疗和护理效果,有效改善和提高患者的生活质量,是临床护理工作实际的理想方式之一.%Objective: To explore the effect of family synchronous training on the life quality of bronchial asthma patients with bronchial asthma and to pro -vide clinical basis for the clinical nursing of patients with bronchial asthma .Methods: A total of 266 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the objects for study, and randomly and equally divided into study group and control group.All patients received basic usual nursing according to the "usual nursing plan for bronchial asthma and implementation plan for clinical health education ".The patients in the study group received family synchronous training on the basis of the usual nursing.The length of hospital stay, the cost of hospitalization and the qual-ity of life were compared between the two groups of patients after nursing intervention .Results: The length of stay of patients in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05), and the cost of hospitalization was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05); the scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion: In the process of nursing intervention for patients with bronchial asthma, the application of family synchronous training model can can significantly enhance the treatment and nursing effect of patients , and effec-tively improve the quality of life of patients, which is one of the ideal ways of clinical nursing practice.
