延伸护理服务对长期留置尿管患者的影响

摘要

目的:探讨延伸护理服务对长期留置尿管患者的影响.方法:选择我院2017年1～6月长期留置尿管患者86例.将患者随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者进行延伸护理服务.比较两组患者生活质量评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及满意度.结果:观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P＜0.05),SAS及SDS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),患者对护理的满意程度高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:延伸护理服务能够有效改善长期留置尿管患者的心理状况,调节不良情绪,还可以有效提高患者生活质量和满意度,值得推广应用.%Objective:To explore the effect of extended nursing service on patients with long-term indwelling catheter.Methods:A total of 86 patients of long-term indwelling catheter in our hospital from January to June 2017 were selected,and randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received extended nursing service.The scores of quality of life,selfrating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Extended nursing service can effectively improve the psychological status,the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with long-term indwelling catheter,and adjust the negative emotions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
