急救护理流程在急性脑梗死患者中的应用

摘要

Objective: To explore the effect of application of first aid nursing process in acute cerebral infarction ( ACI) patients.Methods: Selected 350 cases of ACI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 as objects of study, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random.Routine nursing was given to the control group, and first aid nursing process was given to the observation group.The patients from two groups were compared for rescue time, triage and transfer treatment time, neurological function before and after the therapy, treatment effect, and satisfaction with nursing.Results: The patients from the observation group had significantly shorter rescue time as well as triage and transfer treatment time than those from the control group (P<0.05);the observation group was significantly inferior to the control group in stroke scale scoring of patients (P<0.05);the patents from the observation group had a significantly higher total effective rate of treatment than those from the control group(P<0.05); and the patients from the observation group had a higher satisfaction with nursing than those from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:First aid nursing process could significantly improve the efficiency of first aid , and promote the neurological function recover of ACI patients , with an obvious curative effect and high satis-faction with nursing.%目的:探讨急救护理流程在急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的应用效果.方法:选取我院2015年1月 ～2016年12月收治ACI患者350例为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予急救护理流程.比较两组抢救时间、分诊及转诊时间、治疗前后神经功能、治疗效果以及护理满意度.结果:观察组抢救总时间、分诊时间和转诊时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组卒中量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:急救护理流程可明显提高急救效率,促进ACI患者神经功恢复,疗效确切,护理满意度较高.
