纱布卷指压止血法在血液透析后动静脉内瘘穿刺点出血中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨纱布卷指压止血法在血液透析后动静脉内瘘穿刺点出血中的应用效果.方法:将本院2016年5月～2017年3月收治的动静脉内瘘血液透析患者67例随机分为对照组(33例)和观察组(34例),对照组采用纱布卷加弹力绷带压迫止血法;观察组采用纱布卷指压止血法.比较两组患者的止血时间、止血效果、并发症发生情况及患者舒适度.结果:观察组患者平均止血时间明显较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),止血效果优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:纱布卷指压止血法可有效缩短动静脉内瘘血液透析患者的止血时间,降低并发症发生率,保护动静脉内瘘,并提高患者舒适度.%Objective:To explore the application effect of gauze roll digital pressure hemostasis method in bleed of internal fistula puncture point of arteriovenous after hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 67 patients with hemodialysis in internal fistula admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to March 2017 were selected and were divided into control group (33 cases) and observation group (34 cases).The control group was treated with gauze roll and elastic bandage pressure hemostasis.The observation group was treated with gauze roll digital pressure hemostasis.The hemostasis time, hemostatic effect, complication and patient comfort degree were compared between the two groups.Results:The average hemostasis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complication was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05).The hemostasis effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Gauze roll digital pressure hemostasis can effectively shorten the time of hemostasis in patients with arteriovenous fistula hemodialysis and reduce the incidence of complications to protect the arteriovenous fistula and improve the patient''s comfort.
