视频宣教结合回授法对手足口病患儿及家长疾病认知水平及卫生行为的影响

摘要

目的:探讨视频宣教结合回授法对手足口病患儿及家长疾病认知水平及卫生行为的影响.方法:选取2013 年3月～2014年2月收治的78例手足口病患儿及家长为对照组,给予健康教育、用药指导等常规护理,选取2014 年3月～2015年2月收治的78例手足口病患儿及家长为观察组,开展视频宣教结合回授法健康教育.比较两组患儿及家长疾病相关知识知晓率、临床症状改善、不良卫生行为及再感染率.结果:观察组患儿及家长对手足口病具有传染性、主要传染源、传播途径、易感人群、主要临床表现、预防措施的知晓率明显高于对照组;患儿退热时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔疱疹消退时间、平均住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);患儿不良卫生行为、再感染率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:视频宣教结合回授法有助于提高手足口病患儿及家长疾病认知水平,养成良好卫生行为习惯,促进患儿早儿康复,减少再感染率.%Objective:To discuss the influence of video-based propaganda and education combined with feedback method on disease cognition level and health behavior of children with hand-foot-mouth disease and their parents.Methods: Selected 78 cases of patients with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to February 2014, and they were taken as control group together with their parents, to receive routine nursing of health education and medication guidance;78 cases of patients with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 were selected and taken as observation group together with their parents, to receive health education through video-based propaganda and education combined with feedback method.And then the children from two groups as well as their parents were compared for disease-related knowledge awareness rate, clinical symptom improvement, bad health behavior, and reinfection rate.Results: The children from the observation group as well as their parents had a significantly higher awareness of infectivity, main infection source, route of transmission, susceptible population, main manifestations, and preventive measures of hand-foot-mouth disease than those from the control group as well as their parents;the children from the observation group had significantly shorter fever clearance time, deflorescence time, oral herpes regression time, and average hospital stay than those from the control group(P<0.05);the children from the observation group had significantly lower bad health behavior and reinfection rate than those from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Video-based propaganda and education combined with feedback method could help the children with hand-foot-mouth disease and their parents to improve their disease recognition level and develop a good health behavior habit, promote them to get well soon, and reduce their reinfection rate.
