优化中药蜡疗技术临床应用的效果观察

摘要

目的:观察优化的中药蜡疗技术对蜡疗温度、治疗效果以及护理成本的影响.方法:选取2016年9~12月收治于我院的132例痹症患者132例并随机等分为对照组(采用常规中药蜡疗技术)和观察组(采用优化中药蜡疗技术),观察周期2周,观察患者蜡疗温度、VAS疼痛评分及操作用时.结果:观察组在蜡疗温度、VAS疼痛评分和操作总用时与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:优化中药蜡疗技术可提高并保持蜡疗温度,减轻患者疼痛症状,降低护理成本,具有一定的临床实践意义.%Objective:To observe the effect of optimized Chinese medicine wax therapy on wax temperature, therapeutic effect and nursing cost.Methods:A total of 132 cases with paralysis admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2016 and they were randomly divided into control group (treated with conventional Chinese medicine wax therapy) and observation group (treated with optimized traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy).The observation period lasted for 2 weeks and the temperature of wax therapy, VAS pain score and operating time of the patients were observed.Results:There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the radiotherapy temperature, VAS pain score and operation time (P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimization of traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy can improve and maintain the temperature of wax therapy, reduce the pain symptoms and nursing cost, and have certain clinical significance.
