手术护理路径对提高前入路内固定术治疗脊柱结核患者舒适度及满意度的影响

摘要

目的:探讨手术护理路径对提高前入路内固定术治疗脊柱结核患者舒适度及满意度的影响.方法:以我院行前入路内固定术治疗的72例脊柱结核患者作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和研究组.对照组实施常规护理,而研究组则实施手术护理路径.比较两组患者的伤口愈合时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生情况、舒适度及护理满意度.结果:研究组患者的住院时间和伤口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05).研究组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组患者的舒适度和护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:手术护理路径应用于行前入路内固定术的脊柱结核患者,可有效降低其并发症发生率,提高舒适度和护理满意度,值得应用于临床.%Objective:To explore the effect of surgical nursing pathway on improving the comfortableness and satisfaction of patients with spinal tuberculosis treated by internal anterior approach fixation.Methods:A total of 72 patients with spinal tuberculosis who were treated by internal anterior approach fixation were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group performed routine care, while the study group performed surgical nursing pathways.The wound healing time, hospitalization time, postoperative complications, comfortableness and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time and wound healing time in the study group were shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The comfortableness and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical nursing pathways can be used to improve the incidence of complications and comfortableness and nursing satisfaction in patients with spinal tuberculosis undergoing internal anterior approach fixation.It is worthy of clinical application.
