儿童医院门诊实行多平台实名制付费预约挂号的效果探讨

摘要

目的:探讨实行多平台实名制付费预约在某三甲儿童医院门诊中的应用效果.方法:选取2015年6~8月及2016年6~8月实施多平台实名制付费预约挂号前后两个时间段我院门诊就诊患者作为研究对象,比较我院门诊开辟多平台实名制付费预约前后的预约挂号率、爽约率.结果:儿童医院门诊实行多平台实名制付费预约后,其门诊预约挂号率上升了,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其爽约率降低了,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:儿童医院门诊实行多平台实名制付费预约后,有利于提高医院门诊患者预约挂号率,降低预约患者爽约率,从而优化了医疗资源到高效利用,缩短了患者候诊时间,减少了患者及家属在医院滞留时间,对号贩子起到了一定的抨击作用.%Objective:To discuss the application effect of multi-platform real-name payment registration in the outpatient department of a 3A children's hospital.Methods: Selected patients received treatment in outpatient department of our hospital before and after multi-platform real-name payment appointment registration from June to August 2015 and from June to August 2016 as the target, and comparison was made in the appointment registration rate, appointment breaking rate before and after opening of multi-platform real-name payment appointment registration in outpatient department of our hospital.Results: After the implementation of multi-platform real-name payment appointment in outpatient department of the children's hospital, the outpatient appointment registration rate increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the appointment breaking rate reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of multi-platform real-name payment appointment in the outpatient department of children's hospital could increase the appointment registration rate of outpatients of the hospital, reduce the patients' appointment breaking rate, so as to optimize the efficient utilization of medical resources, shorten the patients' treatment time, reduce the retention time of patients and their family members in the hospital and could crack down the appointment scalpers to some extent.
