康复护理干预对老年COPD患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的:探讨康复护理团队干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响.方法:2014年6月~2016年6月选取本院呼吸内科收治的120例老年COPD患者,并随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组出院时行常规出院宣教;观察组出院接受康复护理团队干预,干预时间为3个月,比较两组患者干预前后肺功能及生活质量改善情况.结果:观察组患者干预后6 min步行实验(6MWT)、第1秒用力呼气量、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比率、最大呼气中段平均流速均大于对照组(P<0.05).观察组干预后呼吸症状、活动受限、疾病影响及总评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:康复护理团队干预模式能有效提高老年COPD稳定期患者肺功能,促进患者预后,改善患者生活质量.%Objective:To discuss the influence of rehabilitation nursing team on the pulmonary function and life quality of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in the stable period.Methods:Selected 120 elderly COPD patients admitted in respiration medicine department of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016,and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random,conventional discharge instruction was given to the patients in the control group when they were charged, and patients in the observation group received the rehabilitation team nursing intervention when they were discharged, with an intervention period of 3 months, and patients in the two groups were compared in the improvement of pulmonary function and life quality before and after intervention.Results: The 6min walking test,forced expiratory volume of the first second, proportion of forced expiratory volume of the first second in vital capacity and average flow rate of maximal midexpiratary flow of patients in the control group were more than those of patients in the control group after intervention (P<0.05).The total scores of respiratory symptoms, limitation of motion, disease influence of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group after intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation nursing team intervention model could improve the pulmonary function of elderly COPD patients in the stable period, promote the patients' prognosis and improve their life quality.
