Objective:To explore the effect of preventing falling classification index management on nursing quality and satisfaction of patients in geriatrics department. Methods: To select a total of 242 cases of geriatric patients received by our hospital from August 2016 to June 2017, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine fall prevention care;while the observation group was treated with pre-venting falling classification index management on the basis of the control group. The risk assessment rate of high risk of falling, the correct rate of fall as-sessment, the implementation rate of prevention of falling education, the awareness of prevention of falls, and the quality of nursing care and nursing satis-faction in the two groups were compared. Results: The high risk assessment rate of fall , the correct rate of fall assessment, and the implementation rate of prevention of falls education were higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0. 05). The scores of prevention knowledge of fall pre-vention were higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0. 05). The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing work than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The management of fall prevention by grading indicators in geriatric patients can help improve the accuracy of fall risk assessment and reduce the incidence of falls. In addition, it can improve the quality of care and increase patient satisfaction with care services.%目的:探讨防跌倒分级指标管理对老年病科患者护理质量及满意度的影响.方法:选取2016年8月至2017年6月我院接收的老年病科患者242例,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规防跌倒护理;观察组在对照组基础上实施防跌倒分级指标管理.对两组跌倒高危风险评估率、跌倒评估正确率、防跌倒教育落实率、患者防跌倒知识认知程度、护理质量及护理满意度进行比较.结果:观察组跌倒高危风险评估率、跌倒评估正确率、防跌倒教育落实率均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者防跌倒知识评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护士各项护理质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作满意度优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:老年病科患者实施防跌倒分级指标管理,有助于提高跌倒风险评估的准确性,降低患者跌倒发生率,同时能改善护理质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度.
