多元化健康宣教对支气管哮喘患儿家属认知程度及服药依从性的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨多元化健康宣教对支气管哮喘患儿家属认知程度及服药依从性的影响.方法:选取2015年8月~2017年8月我院收治的支气管哮喘患儿60例为研究对象,随机分为研究组35例和对照组25例,对照组给予常规雾化吸入治疗,并对其家属进行常规健康教育,研究组在对照组基础上对患儿家属实施多元化健康宣教,比较两组患儿治疗效果及干预前后哮喘发作次数与肺功能,即第1s用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、最大呼气峰流速占预计值百分比(PEF%),采用自拟"哮喘儿童家长知信行调查问卷"、Morisky用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)评估家属认知水平及患儿服药依从性,并观察两组用药期间不良反应.结果:研究组治疗有效情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后哮喘发作次数明显少于对照组,而FEV1%、PEF%较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后研究组家属认知总评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组服药依从性明显高于对照组,不良反应较对照组(P<0.05).结论:对支气管哮喘儿童家属开展创新健康教育,可提高其认知程度及患儿服药依从性,同时改善患儿肺功能、减少哮喘发作次数及药物相关不良反应,提高整体疗效,值得在临床推广实践.%Objective:To explore the influence of diversification healthy dissemination and education upon cognitive degree of family members and compli-ance in taking medicine of children patients with bronchia asthma. Methods:To select 60 cases of children patients with bronchia asthma cured in our hos-pital as object of study from August 2015 to August 2017, randomly divided them into research group with 35 cases and control group 25 cases, control group was given regular aerosol inhalation, and had regular healthy education to their family members, while research group was given diversification healthy dissemination and education based on the control group. Compared the effect of two groups and times for breaking out and lung function after and before in-tervention ,forced expiratory volume of the first second take the percentage of predicated value ( FEV1%, the peak expiratory flow take the percentage of predicated value ( PEF %) , using self-made"questionnaire of asthmatic children' parents on knowledge, attitude and behavior", Morisky medication ad-herence scale(MMAS-8), to evaluate parents cognitive standard and compliance in taking medicine of children patients, and observe side effects of two groups. Results:The effective situation of research group were obviously higher than that of control group(P<0. 05);times for breaking out of asthma of research group after intervention were obviously less than that of control group, but FEV1%、PEF% were higher than that of control group(P<0. 05). Cog-nitive total score of research group after intervention were higher than that of control group(P<0. 05);compliance in taking medicine after intervention of research group was higher than that of control group, side effect was lesser than that of control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:It can improve parents cogni-tive degree and compliance in taking medicine of children patients after the innovative education to family member upon the children with bronchia asthma, and can improved lung function, lessen times for breaking out of asthma and side effect of relevant medicine, so as to enhance overall curative effect, and it was worthy to be practiced in clinic.
