多形式健康宣教对支气管哮喘患者遵医行为的改善作用

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the improvement of compliance behavior of the patients with bronchial asthma by multiform health education. Methods:A total of 60 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to April 2017 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group. While patients in control group were given routine health education about bronchial asthma ,those in observation group were given multiform health education. The treatment and disease awareness ,and compliance behavior before and after health education were observed between two groups. Results:Difference between the two groups was not statistical significance in the treatment and disease awareness,as well as compliance behav-ior before the education(P > 0. 05). After education,treatment and disease awareness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was of statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Multiform health education plays a better role in improving compliance behavior of pa-tients with bronchial asthma,as well as the awareness of patient's disease and treatment.%目的:探讨多形式健康宣教对支气管哮喘患者遵医行为的改善作用.方法:选取2016年6月 ~2017年4月本院收治的60例支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,并将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规支气管哮喘健康宣教,观察组则采用多形式健康宣教,观察两组患者宣教前后的治疗及疾病认知度、遵医行为.结果:宣教前两组患者的治疗及疾病认知度、遵医行为比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),宣教后观察组患者治疗及疾病认知度高于对照组,遵医行为优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:多形式健康宣教对支气管哮喘患者遵医行为的改善作用较好,可改善患者的疾病及治疗的认知度.
