聚焦解决模式在慢性丙型肝炎患者健康教育管理中的应用

         

摘要

目的:总结慢性丙型肝炎患者采用聚焦解决模式实施健康教育的经验方法,对其实施效果进行评价.方法:于2015年5月 ~2016年5月抽取80例慢性丙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其等分为对照组和干预组,分别采取两种不同的模式为患者展开健康教育并进行12个月的跟踪随访,对照组实施常规护理模式,干预组实施聚焦解决模式.对比两组患者的健康教育实施效果.结果:干预组患者的护理依从性评分、自我护理能力评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).干预组患者肝功能异常、症状体征反复、丙型肝炎病毒RNA阳性情况均低于对照组(P<0.05).存在统计学意义.结论:慢性丙型肝炎患者采用聚焦解决模式实施健康教育能够有效提高健康教育的效率,提升慢性丙型肝炎患者的自我护理能力,更好改善患者的生活质量.%Objective: To summarize the experience and methods of solution - focused that applied to chronic viral hepatitis C patients to implement health education, and evaluate its implementation effect. Methods: To select 80 cases of chronic viral hepatitis C patients from May 2015 to May 2016 as research objects, and divide them into control group and intervention group according to random number table method, and respectively apply two different modes to implement health education among patients and make follow - up visits for 12 months. Control group was given routine nursing, while intervention group was given nursing guided by solution - focused mode. Compare implementation effect of health education between the two groups. Results: Scores of nursing compliance and self - care ability of patients in intervention group were obviously higher than those in control group(P < 0. 05). Abnormal liver function, repletion of symptoms and signs, hepatitis C virus RNA positive condition were all lower than those in control group(P < 0. 05), and the difference was sta-tistically significant. Conclusion: Implementation of health education guided by solution - focused mode on chronic viral hepatitis C patients could effective-ly increase efficiency of health education, promote patients' self - care ability and preferably improve patients' quality of life.
