目的:探讨延续性护理干预对高龄股骨颈骨折患者人工股骨头置换术后的康复效果及生活质量的影响程度.方法:选取2016年3月～2017年2月于本院进行工股骨头置换术治疗的92例高龄股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,将92例患者根据随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组.对照组进行常规骨科护理干预,观察组则进行延续性护理干预.比较两组患者护理前后的康复效果、情绪状态及生活质量评分.结果:护理前两组患者的康复效果、情绪状态及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组患者的康复效果、情绪状态及生活质量评分均持续改善,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:延续性护理可有效改善高龄股骨颈骨折患者人工股骨头置换术后的康复效果及生活质量,在高龄骨折患者中的应用价值较高.%Objective: To explore the influence of transitional nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of aged patients with femoral neck fracture after artificial femoral head replacement. Methods: To select 92 cases of aged patients with femoral neck fracture cured through artificial femo-ral head replacement in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 as research objectives, and divide them into control group and observation group ac-cording to random number table method. Control group was given routine orthopedic nursing intervention, while observation group was given transitional nursing intervention. Compare scores of rehabilitation effect, emotional state and quality of life for patients before and after nursing between the two groups. Results: Compare scores of rehabilitation effect, emotional state and quality of life for patients before nursing between the two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05). Rehabilitation effect, emotional state and quality of life after nursing in the two groups improved and the results in observation group were better than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Transitional nursing could effectively improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of aged patients with femoral neck fracture after artificial femoral head replacement, and it is valuable in application on aged patients with fracture.
