同时性多原发癌同期切除手术的护理配合

摘要

Objective:To summarize the key points of nursing cooperation in simultaneous resection of concurrent multiple primary cancers .Methods:To ret-rospectively analyze the data of 12 patients with concurrent multiple primary cancer treated in our hospital , and summarize the main points , difficulties and precautions of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing.Results:All the patients underwent surgery successfully within the estimated time , and no complications or side injuries were found;all patients were discharged smoothly and transferred to follow -up rehabilitation treatment .Conclusion:Simul-taneous resection of concurrent multiple primary carcinoma had long surgery time , complicated operation , frequent changes in body positions and usage of many instruments;the sufficient preoperative preparation and excellent operative cooperation for surgical nurses were important guarantee for successful oper-ation.%目的:总结同时性多原发癌同期肿瘤切除手术的护理配合要点.方法:回顾性分析我院收治的12例同时性多原发癌患者的病例资料,总结术前、术中、术后护理的重点难点及注意事项.结果:全部患者的手术均在预计时间内顺利完成,术后也未出现并发症和副损伤,均顺利出院并转入后续的康复治疗.结论:同时性多原发癌同期切除手术的时间长、操作复杂、体位变化频繁、使用仪器多,手术护士充分的术前准备和精湛的手术配合是手术成功的重要保障.
