女性排尿行为信念量表在女性护士中的验证性因素分析

摘要

To confirm the construct of the women’s belief related to toileting behavior scale and analyze the reliabilities of its’composite.Methods Totally 4 0 1 female nurses in 3 comprehensive hospitals were enrolled by convenience sampling and administered questionnaires of women’s belief re-lated to toileting behavior scale.Results Fit indexes of the confirmatory model were:χ2=4 2 0 .3 9 3 ,df=2 3 4 ,GFI(goodness of fit index)=0 .9 1 9 ,NFI(normed fit index)=0 .9 1 2 ,IFI(incremental fit index)=0 .9 5 9 ,CFI(comparative fit index)=0 .9 5 9 ,RMSEA(root mean square error of approximation)=0.045. Estimated reflective loadings of all the items were above 0.35.Composite reliabilities of five dimensions were:0.744,0.915,0.846,0.805,and 0.633.The entire index was acceptable.Conclusion This scale has rea-sonable structural validity and eligible composite reliability in nurse population,which could be used in the further research.%验证女性排尿行为信念量表的结构并分析其组合信度.方法2011年10-12月,采用方便抽样法选取济南市3所三级甲等医院女性护士401名,使用女性排尿行为信念量表进行问卷调查.结果女性排尿行为信念量表的模型拟合指数为：χ2＝420．393,df＝234,拟合优度指数(goodness of fit index,GFI)＝0．919,规范拟合指数(normed fit index,NFI)＝0.912,增值拟合指数(incremental fit index,IFI)＝0．959,比较拟合指数(comparative fit index,CFI)＝0．959,近似误差的均方根(root mean square error of approximation,RMSEA)＝0．045；所有条目的因素负荷均在0．35以上；5个维度的组合信度分别为：0．744,0．915,0．846,0．805,0．633,所有指标均在可接受范围.结论女性排尿行为信念量表在女性护士群体中具有良好的结构效度和组合信度,可以用于进一步的相关研究.
