护理管理人员对护患比配置现状体验的质性研究

     

摘要

Objective To understand the present situation of nurse-to-patient ratio from the nursing man-ager’s perspective.Methods By using purposive sampling method,13 nursing managers were selected and investigated by using semi-structured in-depth interviews.The thoughts of nurse-to-patient ratio were recorded and analyzed.Results Four themes were extracted,including the present ratio was less than job demand;many factors must be take into account;nurse-to-patient ratio should be reasonable to clinical practice;military activities have evidently affects on nurse staffing.Conclusion Nurse-to-patient ratio has been reasonable and generally accepted by nursing managers,nurse staffing should depend on clinical job demand and other factors,and military activities have evidently affects on nurse staffing,there is a need to establish flexible nursing team.%目的:了解军队中心医院护理管理人员对护患比配置现状的真实体验。方法2014年1-6月,采用目的抽样法选取4所军队中心医院的13名护理管理人员为研究对象,采用半结构式的个人深入访谈法对其进行访谈,通过现场录音收集其对护患比配置现状的看法,并以内容分析法对资料进行归纳整理。结果提炼出四个主题,即:现有的人员配置不能满足工作需要;配置标准应考虑的因素;护患比配置具有合理性;抽组对护理人员配置的影响明显。结论护患比配置得到护理管理人员认可,具有合理性。护理人员配置主要根据临床工作需要决定,应综合考虑多方面因素。军队中心医院抽组对护理人员配置影响明显,应该建立机动护士队伍。
