加温膀胱冲洗液对经尿道前列腺电切术后患者膀胱痉挛影响的Meta分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of warming bladder rinse solution on the reduction of bladder spasm after transturethral resection of the prostate surgeries,in order to provide reference for bladder rinse solution with appropriate temprature.Methods The relevant literatures were searched in Chinese database including Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Chong Qing VIP journal database,Wan Fang database,and English database including P ubMed,Cochrane,MEDLINE and EBSCO,up to October,2016.Randomized controlled trials (RCTS) were extracted by two professionals independently.Literatures were analyzed with Revman 5.3.Results A total of 11 RCTs and 1665 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that the warming bladder rinse solution can reduce the incidence of bladder spasm after TURP [RR=0.52,95％CI(0.46,0.58)],the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Warming bladder rinse solution can reduce the incidence of bladder spasm after TURP,but it needs more valuable and high quality clinical randomized controlled trials to confirm the results.%目的 探讨加温膀胱冲洗液对经尿道前列腺电切(transturethral resection of the prostate,TURP)术后患者减少膀胱痉挛的作用,为临床TURP术后患者选择合适温度的膀胱冲洗液提供依据.方法 计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、重庆维普科技期刊数据库、万方期刊全文数据库、英文数据库Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆、MEDLINE、EBSCO中关于加温膀胱冲洗液对TURP术后患者膀胱痉挛影响的文献,检索时间从建库至2016年10月,纳入膀胱冲洗液温度对TURP术后患者膀胱痉挛影响相关的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT).文献的筛选与资料的提取均由2名经过专业医学循证培训的评价员独立进行,分歧通过第3名评价员加入讨论以达成共识.纳入文献的质量根据Cochrane系统评价手册中质量评价标准进行评价,使用RevMan 5.3统计软件进行数据处理.结果 共纳入11篇文献,合计1665例患者.Meta分析结果显示,加温膀胱冲洗液能减少TURP术后患者膀胱痉挛的发生[RR =0.52,95％ CI(0.46,0.58)],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 加温膀胱冲洗液能降低TURP术后患者膀胱痉挛的发生,但需要更多有价值的、高质量的RCT研究予以证实.
