HIRFL-CSR离子泵电源控制系统设计

         

摘要

A high precision Ion - pump Power Supply control system of HIRFL - CSR based on MSP430F149 mixed signal microcontroller and MAX5495 digital control potentiometer has been introduced. MSP430F149 microcontroller has the advantages of ultra - low power consumption, multi - function peripherals and high - performance. MAX5495 is a 10 - bit dual - channel digital potentiometer which can change linearly. Under the control of MSP430F149, the MAX5495 can output the analog voltage in high precise. The system can control the Power Supply to start and stop, monitor the status through MSP430 and read back the voltage and current of Ion - pump Power Supply with the help of 12 - bit ADC module in the MSP430. The system client software is designed under the Microsoft Visual C + + 6.0 environment. The system has been proved to have the advantage of simple structure, fast response, high precision and good stability, and has successfully controlled nearly 30 units of ion - pump power supply.%介绍了基于MSP430F149混合数字信号处理器和MAX5495数字电位器的HIRFL-CSR离子泵电源控制系统.MSP430F149处理器具有超低功耗、多外设、高性能等优点.MAX5495是一个具有10位双通道线性变化的数字电位器,它在MSP430控制下输出模拟电压,对电源进行给定.通过MSP430内的12位ADC模块实现了对电源电压和电流的实时回读监测.同时,控制器可实现电源启停控制以及运行状态监控.系统的客户端软件使用Microsoft Visual C++6.0设计.该电源控制系统具有结构简单、响应速度快、精度高、稳定性好等优点,已成功实现了对近30台离子泵电源的远程测控.
